AChest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under the armpit, keeping the tape level and flat across your back.
BWaist
Measure around your waist at its smallest circumference. Stand relaxed rather than holding your breath in.
CHip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the largest circumference at the hips.
DInside leg
Take a pair of trousers that fit you well and measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg. All our bottoms come with a finished hem.
Measurements refer to body size rather than garment dimensions, with the exception of inside leg, which is the garment seam. Figures are in inches with centimetres beneath. Outer layers are cut with room to go over a hoodie, so take your usual size rather than sizing up.

A really nice pair of shorts, light and very comfortable, a good fit. Have worn them every time, I have been fishing and in this current hot weather dry out pretty quick, after unhooking a fish, in the landing net.
Always pleased with Guru products and their quality but the shorts have a design fault with the zips on the pockets as not stitched but heat sealed, which is a cheap idea of putting a pocket zip in as these come away from the material, I’m sure we are not the only ones to have noticed this problem Kind regards Debbie

I suppose this is about managing expectations on all my reviews. Because they were guru fishing shorts, I was expecting something that would hold up to a days fishing, something to wick the water away and not soak up fishy juices... ummmm. These are a soft joggers type material that soaks up everything and doesn't dry out... so although they are a perfect fit and feel nice to wear, I'm not sure I'd fish in them. My stretchy mountain bike shorts that wick water away will still be my go to...
